Shipping Information
- Orders placed on AND1usa.com will be shipped within 2 business days provided the inventory is in stock. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday. Orders are shipped from Beaverton, Oregon.
- Orders shipped ground service will be charged $6.75 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
- Orders shipped express service will be charged $16.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional. Express orders are shipped via Fed Ex Express.
- Customer is subject to a $5.00 address correction fee if there is an error in the shipping address. A new shipping charge will be applied for packages that are returned due to address error.
- Ground service orders will take approximately 2-5 business days going to the West Coast, 4-6 business days going to the Central Region of the Country, and 5-8 business days going to the East Coast.
- Express Orders will take 2-3 business days from the day they are shipped. We are unable to ship express orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
- Canadian orders are welcome and will take approximately 5-14 business days to arrive. Orders will ship via Postal Service. Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees.

Shop Site for encryption. Every time you send us a credit card
number and your billing and shipping information, Shop Site
is using the industry standard technology to prevent the information
from being intercepted. With this Encryption, only the AND1
Online Store is allowed to view your information.

you enter the ordering portion of the web site, you will notice
a lock pad on the bottom right hand side of your browser.
This notifies you of being in a secure area. The AND1 Online

Return Procedure
We take pride in our reputation for quality,
value as well as our customer service. If for any reason you
are dissatisfied with a purchase we'll assist you with a prompt
refund or exchange. Please return merchandise in a clean and
resalable condition with hangtags intact. AND1 reserves the
right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
Please review the following information in order to ensure a smooth return:

a. We suggest using a traceable and insured method. Please keep the tracking number in order to properly document a safe return. |

b. Fill out the return/exchange chart below and enclose the invoice with your return. |

c. Attach the tear o return label provided below to the outside of your return. |
In order to help expedite the return/exchange process, please review the following instructions:
- We ask that you do not apply tape or packaging materials directly to the shoe box. Please return merchandise in original packaging whenever possible.
- AND1 cannot assume responsibility for lost
or misdirected returns.
- Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your exchange product.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for credit to post to your credit card.
- If returning product due to defective workmanship we will gladly reimburse your return freight (up to $7.00) within the rst 90 days. Otherwise return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- AND1 strives to bring you the latest in
hoop gear so we ask that all merchandise be returned within
45 days.
